On the Last Day of the Month

If you see a message stating that you have exceeded your monthly transaction limit, no action is required on your part.

What this means:

  • Your monthly transaction limit automatically resets at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the first day of the next month.

  • Any payments that did not process due to the limit will remain in "EFT Not Sent" Web Activity.

  • Once the limit resets, those payments can be processed the next day.

What you should do:

  • Simply allow the payments to sit in Web Activity.

  • Do not delete or re-enter them unless instructed by support.

If payments do not process after the reset, please contact support for assistance.

Any Other Day of the Month

If you see a message stating that you have exceeded your monthly transaction limit, please email care@propertyboss.com.

What this means:

  • Your monthly transaction limit set by Vantage for ACH or credit card payments has been reached.

  • Payments that cannot be processed due to the limit will remain in Web Activity with a status of “EFT Not Sent.”

  • Once the limit is increased, those payments can be processed normally.

What you should do:

  • Email care@propertyboss.com to notify Support of the message.

  • Do not delete, reverse, or re-enter any payments unless instructed by Support.

  • If you have not reached the limit for the other payment type, you may continue processing those payments.

    • Example: If the error appears while processing an ACH payment, the ACH limit has been reached. Additional ACH payments cannot be processed until the limit is increased. Credit card payments are not affected and may continue to be processed.

How the issue is resolved:

  • Support will request a limit increase on your behalf.

  • Monthly limits are based on prior processing history and expected processing volume.

  • Support will notify you once the increase is in place, and you may then process the affected payments as normal.

If payments do not process after the limit increase, please contact Support for further assistance.
