To send transactions from PropertyBoss to QuickBooks, navigate to Accounting > General Ledger and select the Pending Interface Runs tab.


Click View Transactions Going to QuickBooks. This will generate a list of transactions that are ready to be transferred to QuickBooks.
The interface batch for QuickBooks has been generated. 

Select Send and follow the prompts to generate and transfer the interface file to PB Remote.
Once the file has been sent:
  1. Open PB Remote.
  2. Navigate to the appropriate QuickBooks accounting file.
  3. Select Send to QuickBooks.
  4. Double-click the interface (.txt) file to open and load it into PB Remote.
  5. Follow the prompts to import the transactions into QuickBooks.
Once the import process is complete, the selected transactions will be transferred from PropertyBoss into your QuickBooks company file.
