  • Legal Business Name (must match IRS records exactly)
  • DBA (Doing Business As), if applicable
  • Legal Business Address
  • Tax ID (EIN or SSN)
  • Ownership information for any individual with 25% or more ownership

Purpose: This information is used to verify your business with underwriting and ensure compliance with financial regulations. It confirms that the account is being created under the correct legal entity.

2. Bank Account Verification (Finicity Required)

You will be required to complete:

  • Finicity Bank Verification (required)

Additional documentation (if requested):

Purpose: These documents confirm the identity of the authorized signer and verify the company’s tax identification details directly with IRS records. This ensures the individual completing the application has authority to act on behalf of the business.

4. E‑Payment Application

Once you have submitted your original application, you will receive:

  • A secure application link
  • A Finicity verification link

Important: The application must be completed in one sitting. If the session times out, the process may need to be restarted.

Who Should Complete the Application

The application must be completed by:

  • The business owner
  • An authorized signer on the bank account

The following should not complete the application unless listed as an owner or signer:

  • Administrative staff
  • Leasing agents
  • Property managers

Reason: The individual completing the application is legally authorizing the business to process payments. Incorrect or unauthorized submissions will delay approval.
