  • Verify unit availability before confirming
    • Check unit status, rent, and available date
  • Conduct the showing
  • Log the showing result:
    • Application sent

4. Applications & Screening


Job Duty: Guide prospects through the application process and track screening results.

  • Convert prospect to applicant

    • Declined
