To view your Portal Service Fee Message, users with the correct permission settings can go to:

Go to Setup Preferences > Choose an E-Payment Account> Double-click on the E-Payment Account >

Click the Setup button under Fee Schedule Used For > Click the Portal Service Fee Message button

 

If you have multiple Schedules (Schedule 1, Schedule 2, Schedule 3, etc), check the message for each schedule number.  Each schedule number needs to have a defined service fee message. The message can be the same for each schedule type. 


If you have one fee schedule (Schedule 1), the above process only needs to be completed once. The changes made to Schedule 1 will be reflected on all payment types assigned to that schedule. 


If you have multiple E-Payment accounts, ensure that the schedule types used for all E-Payment accounts have been updated.
