Another example can be found on this page. Notice that the URL in your browser begins with “residentiq.freshdesk.com.” PropertyBoss and many other Inhabit products use Freshdesk to manage client information and help desk tickets. Our shared Freshdesk account is branded as ResidentIQ.
Inhabit Solutions for Vacation and Short-Term Rentals
Inhabit also provides technology specifically for the vacation and short-term rental industry. These solutions serve different needs from PropertyBoss's primary focus on residential property management. Inhabit's broader software portfolio includes offerings across both the residential and short-term rental markets.
As a result, you may come across other Inhabit brands, products, or services that are designed specifically for vacation and short-term rental management rather than for PropertyBoss clients.

Is PropertyBoss still PropertyBoss?
Yes. PropertyBoss remains your property management software. PropertyBoss is part of the larger Inhabit organization, but the PropertyBoss and Inhabit names are not interchangeable.

Is ResidentIQ the same as PropertyBoss?
No. ResidentIQ and PropertyBoss are separate solutions within Inhabit. PropertyBoss is property management software. ResidentIQ provides residential property technology solutions designed to complement an organization's property management system.
Do I automatically receive ResidentIQ products because I use PropertyBoss?
No. Being a PropertyBoss client does not automatically include all ResidentIQ or other Inhabit products and services. Availability depends on the products, services, integrations, and agreements associated with your organization.
Do I already use any ResidentIQ products?
You may. For example, some PropertyBoss clients use RIQ powered by Western Reporting for resident screening through PropertyBoss. Using one ResidentIQ solution does not mean your organization uses or has access to every ResidentIQ product.
