Application Portal: We've updated the security protection on our online rental applications by replacing Google reCAPTCHA with Cloudflare Turnstile. This change provides the same protection against spam and automated submissions while offering a more streamlined experience for applicants. In most cases, applicants will experience fewer challenges and a faster application process with no action required from PropertyBoss users.
Listing Portal: When a User has defined a Property/Unit Market Rent in PB but has not attached a Marketing Fee Schedule, the Listings Portal will render the Property/Unit with ‘Contact for Price’ instead of listing the Base Rent only. To display a listing's pricing on the Listings Portal, the Property/Unit must have both Market Rent AND a Marketing Fee Schedule configured.
