Enhancements

  • The following checkbox labels on the Property/Unit Media tabs and the Add Media window have been updated to best reflect the action the checkbox controls: ‘Show on Property Listings?’ revised to ‘Publish on Reports?’ AND ‘Publish on Website for Prospects?’ revised to ‘Publish on Website for Listing?’


Bugs

  • The 'Default settings for published' media flags (detailed under Setup Preferences > Predefined Values > Media Types) are respected when a User is attaching media to a Notebook during the 'Add New Media' process.
  • Additional error handling has been added to EFT Payment to Owner process to assist engineering with identifying the root cause for intermittent journal entry creation failure.



PB Online Updates

Important: Required Steps After a PropertyBoss Online Update
  1. Log completely out of PropertyBoss Online if you are currently logged in.
  2. Clear your browser cache (DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP).
  3. Close your browser completely.
  4. Reopen your browser.
  5. Manually type online.propertyboss.net into the address bar. (Do not use a bookmark, shortcut, or saved browser favorite.)
  6. Attempt to log in again.
  7. Once you have successfully connected to PropertyBoss Online, you may recreate or save your bookmark/shortcut for future use.


Why is this necessary?

Clearing your cache ensures your browser loads the latest version of PropertyBoss Online and helps prevent issues that can occur after a system update.


Enhancements

  • The timestamp of report exports in PB Online has been updated to a 12-hour format so that the use of meridiem indicators (am/pm) make better sense.


Bugs

  • When using 'dark mode' in PB Online, the menu options for the 'Rows per page' are now visible.
  • In small display resolutions, only the Actions column is in a fixed position and the rest of the columns are scrollable; however, in larger resolutions, the Actions + Name columns are in a fixed position.
  • URLs added to message content no longer appear concatenated when hovering over them in the Review stage.
