Enhancements

  • If a user does not have permission to change the assignment on a work order, the 'Change Assignment' button is hidden in the MaintTech Portal.


Bugs

  • When the statement is printed to PDF from the Resident Portal, the orientation of the export has been set to landscape to better accommodate the data columns of the report.
  • Minor changes were made to the Resident and MaintTech Portals to support a User's ability to add/remove inspection photos, submit the inspection, and open the inspection screen successfully.
  • For Work Order Group 'Inspections', the MaintTech Portal now respects the 'Publish on MaintTech Web Portal checkbox.



PB Online Updates

Enhancements

  • Reduced clutter by relocating table filters and filter operators to the table view header next to the 'Export' button, and updated 'Actions' button to an ellipsis button.
  • The table header row has been locked to improve vertical scrolling.
  • The first two table columns have been locked to improve horizontal scrolling.
  • Once a User successfully uploads media files through PB Online User Upload, an enhancement was made to ensure the 'success' message content is visible to the User without requiring scrolling.
  • After 20 minutes of inactivity in PB Online, a pop-up message appears asking the User if they are still connected. The User is shown how many minutes remain until auto-logout occurs. After 60 minutes of inactivity, the User is automatically logged out. If the User selects 'Continue' on the pop-up message, the inactivity timer resets and the process starts over.
  • Under the PB Online 'Support' tab, the pop-up instructions displayed when a User hovers over the PropertyBoss RDP Client for Windows 'Click Here' hyperlink has been revised to use the correct button label for launching the PropertyBoss RDP connection.


Bugs

  • A PB Online Prospect tab issue was resolved that was returning 'No data found' when the User performed filtering.
  • The website cookie banner was revised to better handle cookie blocking on PB Online website.
