Enhancements

  • PropertyBoss has sunset the Compliance/Affordable Housing feature; therefore, the related feature setup in Setup Preferences entitled 'Enhanced Features: Affordable Housing' has been removed.
  • When printing the Vendor Work Order Report from Vendors > Vendor > Work Orders tab > Print WO, the 'Status' column has been widened to accommodate the status 'Web Request'.


Bugs

  • When running the O260 and O261 reports and selecting the option to Publish to Owner Notebook and Website, the publish selection is respected and the report is displayed on the Owner Portal.
  • When uploading media for Owners and selecting the option to Publish to Website for Owners, the publish selection is retained once attached to the Owner Notebook.
  • When printing Vendors work orders from Vendors > Vendor > Work Orders tab > Print WO, the table margins have been adjusted to fit to one page width. This adjustment avoids a blank page from appearing between each page in length. Data wrapping has been added to the report columns so that data cutoff does not occur.

  • The following software permissions are enabled on the MaintTech Portal: 
    • Set Assigned To on New Work Orders
    • Set Scheduled Date on New Work Orders
    • View Tenant Info
    • EMail Tenant
    • Print Work Orders


Bugs

  • While a user is working inside the MaintTech Portal, if the PropertyBoss logo image is selected, the User is directed to the first feature that the user has permission to access.
  • The following software permissions are now respected by the MaintTech Portal:
    • Add History Comments on Work Orders
    • Change the Assigned To on Work Orders
    • Change the Description on Work Orders
    • Change the location on Work Orders
    • Change Requested by on Work Orders



PB Online Updates

Enhancements

  • Website cookie banner added to PB Online website.
  • Unwanted whitespace was removed from areas of PB Online when the user is using the high-contrast theme.
  • When customizing table data in PB Online, Users cannot deselect all data columns. At least one data column, outside of the 'Actions' column, must be selected.
  • When a user exports data from PB Online, the export notifications are displayed successfully under the 'bell'.
  • Transitioned PB Online's left menu to a default loading view. This change improves the user's experience by keeping the sidebar width and layout consistent during loading, clearly indicates that the navigation is still loading rather than appearing incomplete, eliminates the confusing flash where only Home and Support are temporarily visible, and it more closely resembles the final sidebar structure, making the transition smoother.
  • The PB Online idle timeout has been increased to 60 minutes to match the same setting of the PB RDP connection.
  • Transitioned PB Online table pages to a default loading view. This change improves the user's experience by keeping the table structure visible during loading, so users know data is loading in the same area. It avoids a blank white page feeling, and reduces layout jump because rows, filters, and pagination space are already reserved.
