The latest installer, version 2.0.4, offers adaptive window scaling for better display on modern monitors, a smoother and more consistent download experience, and fixes known printing issues.
To take advantage of these enhancements, the older installer version 1.1.0.4 should be removed before installing the new version. This ensures the updated features function as expected.
How to Update
Uninstall the older installer
- Close PropertyBoss completely
- Open the Windows Start menu and go to Settings
- Select Apps, then Installed Apps or Apps and Features
- Locate PropertyBoss Online Installer version 1.1.0.4
- Select Uninstall and follow the prompts
- Restart your computer if prompted
Install the latest installer
- Download PropertyBoss Online Installer version 2.0.4 from the PropertyBoss Online download page
- Open the downloaded installer file
- Follow the on screen steps to complete installation
- Launch PropertyBoss Online using the new installer
While the current installer version will continue to work, our Support team may ask that you update to the latest version before moving forward with more in depth troubleshooting. Version 2.0.4 includes bug fixes that often resolve common issues quickly, sometimes with just a simple update.
