PB Online Updates
Released 05.13.2026 and 05.21.2026
The release on May 21 required a JavaScript update. When opening PropertyBoss Online for the first time after the update, if a blank page loads, this indicates an outdated cache. The solution is to clear your cache or perform a hard refresh on your browser.

Enhancements
- Replaced the "one-click" installer with a conventional, downloadable program. The latest version is PropertyBoss RDP Installer, version 2.0.4.
- All users should uninstall the previous RDP Cient before installing the latest version.

- An extra scrollbar in User Management has been hidden.
- Enhancements made to the PB Online mobile experience to better fit a variety of device sizes.
Bugs
- Adjustments made to further minimize the potential for users to have PB Online load a blank screen in their browser after changes are released to end users.
- On shared devices, theme settings are retained in the user experience, and aren't applied to the next user login.
- Additional changes were made such that when connected to the RDP Client, the User can right-click the 'Green C' toolbar icon > select 'Upload Files' > and the User will be automatically logged into PB Online and be landed on the User Upload feature, even if a live PB Online session is already in use.

Enhancements
- Every 6 months users accessing the Letters feature will be reminded about Total Monthly Price and fee disclosures. Also, a persistent static reminder appears on Letters screen.
- A new feature called 'Marketing Fee Schedule' appear under Setup Preferences > Predefined Values, which allows Users to detail fees as part of a schedule. The schedule is attached to the Property/Unit Notebook and the schedule information is then summed with Market Rent to display a Total Monthly Price on the Client's Listings Portal.
- Screening reports in a 'Declined' Decision Status now have a 'red X' icon next to the row in Applicant Screening Navigator.

Enhancements
- Owner Portal: The 'View Profit & Loss' feature under 'My Account' supports the selection of Month/Day/Year for the 'To' and 'From' date fields. Also, the default dates for this window are the first day of the current month and the current day of the current month.
- Owner Portal: Simplified property view for owners who have multiple property/unit listings.
Bugs
- When setting up a scheduled payment from the Resident Portal, if a person selects a day of the month that is not a valid day for both start and end months, the portal will roll the invalid day selection to the next valid day. PropertyBoss will reflect the rolled date instead of previous default date of 1/1/1900.
