PropertyBoss no longer hosts or manages client websites. Many PropertyBoss clients have websites that are hosted and supported by BizCor, a third party web services provider within the Inhabit ecosystem. BizCor is responsible for the website hosting environment and most website related updates, while PropertyBoss continues to support the PropertyBoss software and portals connected to the website.

What is BizCor

BizCor is a web services company that hosts and supports websites for many PropertyBoss clients. When PropertyBoss migrated websites off its own servers, those sites were transitioned to BizCor for ongoing hosting and maintenance.


PropertyBoss does not have access to or administrative control over your website.


BizCor’s Role vs PropertyBoss’s Role


BizCor is responsible for

  • Hosting the client website
  • Website server infrastructure and related availability issues
  • Most website content changes and updates
  • WordPress website maintenance for sites they host
  • General website troubleshooting related to hosting or site content


PropertyBoss is responsible for

  • The PropertyBoss software
  • Online applications
  • Unit availability and listings portals
  • Resident, owner, payment, and prospect portals
  • Any issues related to PropertyBoss functionality or data


If a request involves both website content and PropertyBoss functionality, the request may require coordination between BizCor and PropertyBoss.


How BizCor Can Help With Website Requests

BizCor can assist with common website requests such as:

  • Updating text, images, or other page content
    • For content changes, BizCor allows clients to submit a support request and upload documents that explain the requested updates, such as a Word document with revised text.
  • Adding or removing pages
  • General website maintenance
  • Troubleshooting website access or hosting issues

When submitting a request, be sure to note that you are a PropertyBoss client and describe whether your request is related to content changes, general website questions, or hosting issues.
