Enhancements

• User Settings: Users can adjust the 'theme' of their PB Online experience.
• User's inbox size for uploading media copies has been increased from 50 MB to 100 MB.
• Messages: Administrator Users and Support Users can add embedded hyperlinks to messages posted to Users.
• User Management: The 'All/Active' toggle filter was removed and a 'Status' column was added to the table view. The default view reflects users in an 'Active' status and 'Administrator' set to All.
• The add message 'plus' button has been replaced with a more prominent 'Create Message' button.

Bugs

• While connected to the RDP Client, the User can right-click the 'Green C' toolbar icon > select 'Upload Files' > and the User will be automatically logged into PB Online and be landed on the User Upload feature.

Enhancements

• For Residents who have scheduled payments, the 'Next Draft Date' data field has been made available for display in the RentRoll Navigator. Clients can include this field in custom merlin reports to assist with Resident follow-up.
• Updated splash screen upon login. 
  

Bugs

• When printing Work Orders from the Navigator or the WO itself, selecting from Print Options 'Save as PDF on Local Machine' is respected and the PDF copies are saved to the pb_reports 'saved' folder.
  • Navigate to Your Local (C:) drive > 'pb_reports' folder > 'saved' folder
