  • Landlord Email and Prior Landlord Email data fields added to Prospect and Contact Notebooks further enhance landlord screening products through the PB screening integration.



Bug


  • 'Taxes' line item amount now appears as a charge which resolves the 'Total Expenses' calculation of the O187 Property Profit and Loss report.

Enhancements


  • A maximum of 20 files at 20 MB per file can be added to User Upload. Users are afforded 50 MB of temporary storage space to facilitate the attachment of these file copies to locations in the PropertyBoss program.
