1. Set Up the Email Template

Go to:  Setup Preferences > Email Communications > Statement – Owner

This is the email that sends with all emailed Owner Statements. Update it as needed.



 

2. Confirm Owners Are Set to Receive Email Statements

Go to Owners (dark blue column)
Open the owner notebook and look under the Statement (gray tab).
Make sure Email is selected.



3. Email the Owner Statements

Go to:  Viewing Reports > O260 Report

Select the owners who should receive their statement.

Click Process at the bottom and be sure Email Statements is checked.
