PB INSIDER
2026 - Q1 UPDATE
Welcome to PropertyBoss 2026
The PropertyBoss team hit the ground running this year with a clear plan for the months ahead. With Q1 already behind us, we are making steady progress on initiatives designed to improve efficiency, security, and the overall client experience. Below is a snapshot of what we launched or advanced in Q1, along with a preview of what is coming next. We will continue to share updates as these enhancements roll out. Thank you for partnering with PropertyBoss as we move forward together in 2026.
Q1 Progress
- Clearer communication and fewer errors: Error messages across PropertyBoss and all portals are more descriptive, helping users understand what went wrong and how to resolve it
- PB Online login interface and PropertyHost retirement: We are continuing the transition to PB Online as the single access point for PropertyBoss, with plans to fully retire PropertyHost by the end of April.
- Improved performance and stability: Behind-the-scenes security and performance enhancements improve system reliability and ensure consistent access during peak usage times
Q2 Preview
- QuickBooks Online integration: A seamless connection to QuickBooks Online is underway to support improved financial management, while continuing to support the QuickBooks desktop version.
- On-time rent reporting: A new integration will allow residents to build credit by reporting on-time rent payments, supporting stronger financial habits.
Q3 & Beyond Initiatives
- Identity verification: We will introduce two-factor identity verification to enhance account security for all users.
- ePremium in the Resident Portal: Our sister product, ePremium Insurance, will be available within the Resident Portal, allowing tenants to view and manage policies directly through PropertyBoss.
- All-in pricing advertisement: All-in pricing provides greater transparency during the rental search by showing the total monthly amount owed upfront, not just the base rent. This helps prospective renters clearly understand costs before applying and sets clear expectations from the start.
