Enhancements


  • The function to print work orders to a printer now aligns with other areas of the PB program that support printing to a printer. Users now see a very high printing success rate when printing work orders from PB to a printer using a connection established by PB Online.

RDP Client Updates

Released 1/27/26


User action needed to begin use of the changes. User should uninstall the existing version PropertyBoss RDP Client). From there, log into to PB Online > Support tab> PropertyBoss RDP Client for Windows tile > ‘Click Here’ to download > double-click and follow prompts to install the latest version (PropertyBoss RDP Client 1.1.0.4).


Enhancements


  • Retries printing a document if it fails to print due to the document being locked by another program (e.g. virus protection locks a file upon download so it can scan it for threats, making it inaccessible for the printing action).
  • Error handling improvements. Errors are logged in the User’s Event Viewer app on their local machine.




Bugs


  • Reconnect window revised to remain persistent on top of the larger ‘PropertyBoss’ window. Button placement adjusted to meet the needs of most computer display settings.
