Enhancements
- The reconnect window is accessible upon disconnect and has been resized to meet the needs of most local machine displays.
- The 'Search' feature now handles performing a search that contains special characters.
- Historic messages that did not contain a start date, end date, or both, are no longer visible to avoid accidental display in PB Online.
- The Listings Portal supports the use and display of property/unit square footage information. When properly defined on the Notebook, the data can be used during the search process as a filter, and the data will display on the search results 'Listings' page.
Bugs
- Printing improvements prevent print jobs from immediately failing. Now, print jobs will attempt to print ten times before timing out. Errors that occur during the printing process will now be logged in local machine's Event Viewer.
- Common reasons print jobs may fail: the file is locked; a program has flagged the action (i.e., virus scanning software), several print jobs were sent at the same time or within seconds of one another.
PropertyBoss Updates

Enhancements
- The automatic 'update journals' process in the General Ledger feature will only run on active accounting files configured to make use of the PropertyBoss GL This will reduce delays when loading the GL.
Bugs
- The function to print work orders to a printer now aligns with other areas of the PropertyBoss program that support printing to a printer. Users now see a very high printing success rate when printing work orders from PBoss to a printer using a connection established by PB Online.

- PB Online 'User Management' feature released to all Clients. The section appears for Client Administrator Users. This feature replaces functionality in the existing PropertyHost website https://legacy.propertyhost.propertyboss.net
- PB Online 'Messages' feature released to all Clients. The section appears for Client Administrator Users. This feature replaces functionality in the existing PropertyHost website https://legacy.propertyhost.propertyboss.net
Bugs
- PB Online User Upload allows users to delete files that contain a hash/pound character in the file name.
- Clearing the browser cache will resolve the ‘please enter valid credentials’ message if received when trying to reset a password.
- PB Online Messages pagination reflects the correct number of Rows Per Page and Showing counts.
