Heard the News? PropertyBoss LOGIN is Changing
The secret's out. A change is coming for all PropertyBoss users. If you missed the October announcement, let's catch you up. The PropertyHost website is being retired. Users will login to PropertyBoss using PB Online.
- Users will STOP going to https://propertyhost.propertyboss.net/PropertyHost and will no longer click the green Connect button to open PropertyBoss.
- Users will GO to https://online.propertyboss.net/ and click the "link" icon that says, "Launch PropertyBoss RDP."
THE LINK ICON IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO BETA USERS RIGHT NOW. MOST USERS WILL NOT SEE IT YET.
- PropertyBoss will not change. The website to login to PropertyBoss will change.

What to Do After Winning the Lottery
We truly value the relationships we’ve built with our clients and are committed to supporting you every step of the way. While we hope your journey with PropertyBoss continues for many years—perhaps even until you win the lottery and retire!—we understand that circumstances can change.
If you ever find yourself needing to transition away from PropertyBoss, please know that you can still retain access to your records. We offer a Historical Access hosting service on an annual basis, which keeps your account online in read-only mode so you can reference your data whenever needed.

E is for EFT
Did you know PropertyBoss offers two powerful reports that are often overlooked?
E101 – EFT Reconciliation Report: View the status of all electronic transactions entered and cleared within a specific date range. This report provides a detailed list of all EFT transactions processed during your selected timeframe.
E102 – EFT Report: See which tenants have scheduled payments set up (ACH and credit card), including credit card expiration dates. You can also run this report to show only expiring cards and drafts, making it a useful tool for keeping payment information up to date.
Consider using these reports to streamline your electronic payment tracking and reconciliation.
