Enhancements

• In preparation for user management functionality moving into PB Online, a new user role called "new user" was created. This is a default, non-editable PropertyBoss security role. It will be assigned to new users created in PropertyBoss Online. (Note: Continue to set up new users through PropertyHost and PropertyBoss until otherwise instructed.)
• The URL under Help > Help Topics loads the Customer Resource portal. 

Bugs

• When the 'Map Address' hyperlink is clicked on the Contact, Prospect, Property, and Unit Notebooks, a browser window opens and displays the address via Google Maps. When the 'Show on Map' button is selected in the RentRoll Navigator, a browser window opens and displays each address in its own browser tab via Google Maps. A "Google Maps can't find.." message will display for any address not found.
• Support Account Users (PropertyBoss staff usernames) no longer count toward a Client's total user count configured to send emails through the program. 
• Notifications about text responses submitted by contacts associated with a Lease (non-residents) will display in Autopost.  

Portal Updates

• The home page of the Listings Portal now features dynamic search fields. In addition, the search filter has been refined to ensure results accurately reflect the user’s selected preferences.
