• The fields 'Monthly Income' and 'Future Rent Amt' are now displayed on the Tenants/Contacts tab of the Lease Notebook as a quick visual reference for Users. 
• To remain consistent throughout the program, the future rent amount data field is labeled as 'Future Rent Amt' on all Notebooks and windows where it is in use. 
• PB support account Users now contain pound/hash characters in their User ID names instead of asterisks. Once PB support accounts are in use, changes made in Client domains by PB support accounts will list the PB Support Account Username. 
• To accommodate our Client's varying operational workflows, the data requirement has been lifted from the Future Rent Amt field located on the Prospect and Contact Notebooks. The requirement will only be enforced on the Screening tab of the Prospect and Lease Notebooks. 
  • When a Contact is missing this information (i.e. the field is blank or reflecting $0.00), 'NEEDS REVIEW' will appear next to the Contact's name. 
  • Once the User enters an amount for this field, the Contact can be selected for a screening request. 

Bugs

• When accessing the Contact Notebook from either 1) Prospect Notebook or 2) Lease Notebook, the window is sufficiently sized to accommodate all the data fields in the window.
  

• Logic was added to the ‘Setup Recurring Payment’ process where if the customer selects the current month as the ‘Start Date’ they are not permitted to select a ‘Pay on Day’ that would cause the first payment to occur in the past. 

Bugs

• Users and non-Users with portal roles with sufficient permission to the MaintTech Portal can enter work orders without receiving a 'Something went wrong' message.
