Release Notes for 10.03i9

Released 1/22/2025

This release addresses a bug fix and includes several enhancements to current features. The changes you will notice include:

Bug Corrections

  • The PB Inspector tool was replaced with the MaintTech Portal in 2024; therefore, references to PB Inspector have been removed from some message windows.

Enhancements

  • If a contact is missing data for the required screening field 'Future Rent', the 'Needs Review' status will appear next to their name to call attention to the User that data entry is needed before a screening request can be submitted.
  • The field 'Monthly Income' is required for submitting credit screening requests. This field has been added to the Contact Notebook to standardize the data entry location for primary and co-applicant contacts. Income submitted on electronic applications will auto-populate the Contact Notebook field.
    • When creating a screening request, monthly income will auto-populate in the screening window. While the screening request is in a created status, edits made to income in the screening window will update the field on the Contact Notebook and vice versa.
    • Once a screening request is submitted, the screening window is locked for editing to retain the information submitted, and edits made on the Contact Notebook will auto-populate on future (new) screening requests.

Release Notes for Web Portals

An update was released to the PropertyBoss portals on January 23, 2025

Bug Corrections

  • If a Resident makes a Portal update to 'Additional Info' fields on their Contacts tab, when the change is executed from Web Activity in PropertyBoss, the data appears for the field on the Contact Notebook.

Enhancements

  • If a tenant, member, or owner attempts to log in to an incorrect Portal URL, an updated message will be displayed that reads: "The customer ID used is invalid. Please contact your Property Manager for the correct link to your portal." An image is also displayed, indicating the tenant/owner/member is using a URL that is:
    • Inactive
    • Belongs to a different property management company
  • If a Resident logs into their Portal in more than one browser, upon logging out of the portal in one browser, the user will be logged out of all portal sessions.
