Q&A
How do I delete web activity I do not want to process? Follow these steps:
1. On the PropertyBoss Today window, double-click New Web Activity. 
2. Identify the web activity you want to delete. Double-click on it.
3. Click the delete button.
How do I get something back that I deleted? This can be hard to hear...err read...but delete means delete in PropertyBoss. If something is deleted, it is gone. It cannot be found. It cannot be restored. This is true for 99% of the areas in PropertyBoss and 100% true for every user of the program (including staff). Before deleting, please ask yourself: "Do I think I will need a record of this in the future?" If the answer is maybe or yes, use reverse.
What's the 1% area? Web Activity. If the information came into PropertyBoss under New Web Activity and it was deleted:
- staff can identify what was deleted,
- staff can identify when it was deleted and the user who deleted it, and
- staff can redownload the web activity into your domain.
Please note, the AutoPost Activity box shows more than New Web Activity. Only items classified as New Web Activity can be recovered.
