New Year, New Changes

The close of 2024 brought significant updates to Inhabit, the parent company of PropertyBoss. These changes have had both direct and indirect impacts on PropertyBoss. If you are not familiar with Inhabit, it serves as the overarching organization guiding PropertyBoss.


One of the key developments was the addition of a new investor to the existing group of shareholders. This investment aims to fuel continued growth, foster innovation, and enhance technology solutions across the organization. You can read more about this here. 


To support this vision, updates were made to the leadership structure. Robyn Fields, previously the General Manager of PropertyBoss, has been promoted to a new Vice President role within Inhabit. Additionally, Janel Ganim will now oversee both of Inhabit’s CRM platforms: PropertyBoss and ResMan. Doug Statsny continues to oversee development and project initiatives for the residential software for Inhabit. 


We are very excited about this change and anticipate that our clients will only feel positive momentum forward as we continue to thrive with Inhabit.
