This release addresses bug fixes and includes enhancements to current features. The changes you will notice include:

 

Bug Corrections

  • If a journal is voided, when the Chart of Account Detail is exported to Excel, the amount for the void transaction will reflect $0.00. 


Enhancements

  • Implemented the 'Warning!' message prompts on the Lease Notebook when Users request an additional screening report for someone who previously had a request submitted to the provider. (These message prompts already occur on the Prospect Notebook.)
  • The display images for the 1096 form for both Owners and Vendors were updated and reflect the form published in January 2024. 
  • The display images for the 1099 form for both Owners and Vendors were updated and reflect the form published in January 2024. 


1099 Forms (O280 and V280) are available for 2024 tax filing. 



Release Notes for Web Portals


An enhancement was released to the PropertyBoss portals on December 18, 2024. 

  • When a new application is submitted by a prospective tenant, the email notification sent to the Property Manager now contains links to PropertyBoss Online where a copy of the application can be retrieved.
