PropertyBoss and Western Reporting have a partnership and integration that allows PropertyBoss clients to run background screenings from inside the PropertyBoss program.
Western Reporting supports two screening platforms.
- Western Reporting 1.0 known as Western Reporting in PropertyBoss
- Western Reporting 2.0 known as Resident IQ in PropertyBoss
Western Reporting 1.0 is being retired soon.
Current clients using screening are being transitioned to Western Reporting 2.0. New clients adding screening to PropertyBoss will be placed on Western Reporting 2.0.
