The Merlin Wizard gives you tremendous reporting power throughout PropertyBoss. Using the Wizard, you can set up your custom reports step-by-step and view the data right in the PropertyBoss Navigator and, if you wish, you can print, email, or export the data to Excel.
The Wizard
The Wizard is available in the Rent Roll, Transaction Search, Owners, Prospects, Tenants/Contacts, Vendors, and Work Orders Navigator.
The Data
With Merlin, you define what columns of data to include from a list of available columns, the order the data will be displayed, and what data to include using the filtering capabilities.
- Data can be grouped and sorted by any available column.
- The filtering can be simple for new users or advanced as you become more familiar with the Wizard.
The Reports
You can create an unlimited number of reports. Note: that the name of the report is always displayed next to the gear icon.
The Default report is a predefined view with the most popular columns; you can define your own reports and select your own report to open automatically.
