2024: A Year in Review

As we wrap up this remarkable year, we’re thrilled to share the strides we’ve made at PropertyBoss to enhance your experience and prepare for an exciting future. Here's a look back at our accomplishments:

  • Sunsetting PB Inspector App: We retired the PB Inspector app to focus on streamlined, cutting-edge solutions.
  • Rolling Out the MaintTech Portal: Our new portal simplifies maintenance management for seamless property operations.
  • Sunset Vendor Portal: We said goodbye to the Vendor Portal as part of our evolution toward more efficient tools.
  • Disabling Years-Old Portal Redirect URLs: This cleanup ensures a more secure and reliable system.
  • Sunset Incoming Payments via NACHA: This transition ensures compliance and modernized payment workflows.
  • Rewritten Applications: Our online applications got a significant rewrite in preparation to provide a client-controlled experience.
  • Introducing Phase 1 of PB Online: We’re thrilled to move online, with PB Online marking the beginning of a robust digital future.

2025: A Year of Advancement 

The new year is on the horizon, and we’re gearing up for more changes at PropertyBoss. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming your way:


PB Online Expansion

There’s so much more in store with PB Online! In 2025, it will take center stage as we sunset PropertyHost and transition all its functions to PB Online. This means:

  • User Management: Simplified tools to manage your team and permissions.
  • Message Posting: Communicate with your team effortlessly.
  • PropertyBoss Launching: A seamless experience to access everything you need directly from PB Online.

PropertyBoss Enhancements

We’re also making key updates to PropertyBoss to ensure it’s more efficient. This includes:

  • Document/Spreadsheet Editor: Transitioning to a PropertyBoss-specific RTF program to increase program performance when viewing/editing data. 
  • Uploading Media: Streamlining your workflows with a simplified document management tool, in conjunction with PB Online.
