Final Call: Update Your Portal Links by 11/12/2024

Attention! On November 12, 2024, all old portal redirect links will be disabled. If your URLs aren’t updated, users will be met with a "this site no longer exists" message.


Over the past 4 years, we’ve rolled out new portals and reminded you to update links across your websites and tenant-/owner-facing materials. This is the last chance to ensure everything is up-to-date!


Action Needed: Update your links to the new format below.

Feature Highlight: PropertyBoss Portals

If you would like to start using one or more of the portals listed above, please email implementation@propertyboss.com so the portal(s) can be activated for you. Here's a summary of each:

  • Tenant/Resident/Member Portal
    • Provides access to lease/ownership and contact information, related documents, lease statements, work orders, and inspections. 
    • Contact information and notification preferences, such as opting into text messaging, are done through this portal. 
    • Actions on this portal: enter a work order, update open inspections, submit one-time payments, schedule recurring payments, download documents, upload documents to management office 
  • Owner Portal
    • Allows an owner to access the information that pertains to their properties, as well as maintain their contact information. 
    • Stores all monthly statements and reports sent to owners 
    • Actions on this portal: view submitted work orders and inspections, submit one-time payments, download documents, upload documents to management office
  • Application Portal
    • Recreates the paper process of the application in an online form
    • Allows prospective residents to apply online by filling out a form that can range from a few fields to hundreds of detail fields
    • Eliminates the need for manual data entry - the information flows into PropertyBoss via Web Activity.
    • If enrolled in online payments, applicants can submit application fee payments at the same time of submitting the application 
  • MaintTech Portal (internal portal)
    • Allows users, such as maintenance technicians, access to work orders while in the field.
    • All inspections completed by staff are done through the MaintTech portal.  
    • The portal is mobile responsive and has a PWA.
  • Site Admin Portal (internal portal) 
    • Incorporated into the *new* PropertyBoss Online program; this is automatically enabled for all clients but individual user permission settings control what the user will see/do in the program 
    • Site Admin Portal features that have been absorbed into PropertyBoss Online:
      • See which users are registered and approved to use the portals
      • See if the registered user has changed the temporary password
      • Use the Forgot Password option to send a "reset password" email to the user
      • Impersonate the user to view the portal as the user does
      • View all submitted applications via the Application Portal
