How do I adjust the size of PropertyBoss so it is larger on my screen? This article provides instructions on how to adjust your display settings and increase the size of PropertyBoss text.
Can applicants electronically sign a lease in PropertyBoss? Through a partnership with DropBox Sign, you can create and send documents through PropertyBoss and collect an electronic signature. These documents are date and time-stamped and legally binding. Best of all, e-Sign is included in your PropertyBoss subscription. Email implementation@propertyboss.com to turn on and be trained on the feature.
Timesaver Tip
Auto-Formatting - Several fields will automatically format when entering data. Phone, social security number, and all dates will take on their appropriate format without extra keystrokes. Simply enter the numbers, tab off the field, and the format will update.
For dates, PropertyBoss will assume you are entering dates for the current year, Typing 828 will display as 8/28/2024. To enter dates in the past use the one or two-digit number for the month and day and then four digits for the year. For example: January 1, 2015 can be typed 112015. It will display as 1/1/2015.
