This release addresses bug fixes and includes enhancements to current features. Some changes you will notice:
Enhancements
- The static 'Uid' field is a merge field for Letters to Prospects, Letters to Tenants, & Letters to Tenants about a Lease.
- For Clients using our Screening partner, Resident IQ (RIQ), Contact's postal codes submitted as part of the screening process must be domestic postal codes only. The code must be between 5-9 numeric digits in length.
- When creating a screening request from a Notebook, the 'Contact Type' appears next to the contact's name for ease of contact selection.
- Users with sufficient permissions initiate screening requests for all eligible contact types on the 'Screening' tab of the Notebook.
- ePayment service fees display as read-only. Clients must contact PropertyBoss for rate questions and adjustment approval.
Bug Corrections
- Contact Mailing, Billing, and Permanent address can be updated without error. eSign documents can be sent to Prospects & Leaseholders with or without addresses listed on the Contact Notebook.
- Prospect activities relating to sending eSign documents change the Prospect status, if activity is set to do so and different from the Prospect's current status.
- Prospect activities relating to sending eSign documents and changing the Prospect status reflect correctly on the P130 Completed Actvity Summary Report.

Bug Corrections
- Users with sufficient permissions can delete tickets for Work Order Groups (e.g. Work Orders, Inspections, etc.)
- Users with sufficient permissions can create a new ticket for Work Order Groups and immediately change the status to 'Complete.'.
