Release Notes for 11.01d2

Released 3/21/2024

This release addresses bug fixes and includes enhancements to current features. Some changes you will notice:

Enhancements

  • The PropertyBoss 'send letters for eSign' process was strengthened to better handle high-volume Client send requests.
    • eSign media automatically attaches to the Notebook and no longer requires the media web activity to be executed. eSign media Web Activity now serves as a notification to the User of which documents were received.
    • The activity reported on the A111 AutoPost Transaction Log displays the Property, Unit, and Lease Start Date for lease media and the File-As Name for Prospect media.
  • When posting late fees generated in AutoPost, the program will compare late fee accounts against one-time and recurring payments that appear under ‘New Web Activity’ in AutoPost.
    • If an account has a late fee scheduled but a payment for the account is listed under ‘New Web Activity’, the program will call attention to the unprocessed Web Payment and allow the User to skip posting the late fee in question.
    • Due to program limitations, one-time payments or scheduled recurring payments that need to be sent to the payment processor and appear under ‘EFT Not Sent’ or ‘EFT Scheduled Payment’ won’t have the same consideration.
    • Users should continue processing ‘EFT Not Sent’ and ‘EFT Scheduled Payment’ transactions ahead of executing Late Fees from AutoPost.
  • When a screening request is initiated through our screening provider, RIQ, a copy of the report is scheduled to be sent to the contact if one of the following conditions are met:
    1. If the Contact's address screened lists the state of California or
    2. If the Property address lists the state of California
  • Screening report copies are delivered to the contact via email by the screening provider usually within 2 business days of the final report results.
  • A 'Future Rent' field has been added to the Prospect Notebook Prospect tab that is used for screening reports requested through our screening partner, Resident IQ (RIQ). This field becomes a required field when the domain is set to use this vendor as the screening provider.

Bug Corrections

  • In the PropertyBoss program, when a work order (WO) status is changed from 'Complete' to a working status like 'In Progress', the previously recorded 'elapsed' and 'completed' date/time information is cleared but the completion comments remain for future editing.
  • When a work order in a new or working status is changed to 'Complete', the date/time completed window opens with the current date/time auto-populated. Clicking 'Cancel' on this window discards the completion changes. Clicking 'Ok' fully saves changes.
  • Users can pull the A580 Earned Income Report with PropertyLists enabled and if there is data for the requested period, values are returned.
