Some months, there may be no updates to the web portals used by COCM, which are: the Application Portal, Payment Portal, Resident Portal, Package Tracking Portal, MaintTech Portal, and Vendor Portal.

Enhancement(s)
- Residents entering account information for a One-Time or Recurring Bank Draft or Credit Card payment must enter 4-8 numeric characters only for the zip code field. This accommodates international addresses.
- Residents can upload .txt files via the Resident Portal.
- When Residents click to download a file from the Resident Portal, a copy is saved to their local machine instead of opening a separate URL browser tab.
Bug Corrections
- Users can select a past date for 'Date Completed' when updating a work order through the MaintTech Portal.
- The Tenant/Resident Portal displays the Lease End Date for the 'Lease Ends' field in the 'Lease' information box for lease statuses: Current, Future, On-Notice to Move-Out, Past, or Past-Responsible. Leases in the Month-to-Month status won't show this information because the Lease End Date is fluid.

- Users now have the ability to filter their work order list by the 'Assigned To' filed in the MaintTech Portal
- Work orders marked with a 'Status' categorized with a 'Process Status' of 'Complete' will be prompted to enter the completion date and completion comments before update can be saved in the MaintTech Portal.
- Work orders created from the MaintTech Portal for a Lease 'Account' will now show a 'Contact' menu that will default to the Primary Contact on the Lease. Other contacts associated with the Lease are able to be selected. Contact list displays in alphabetic order for quick contact selection.
