Release Notes for 11.01c9
This release addresses bug fixes and includes enhancements to current features. Some changes you will notice:
Enhancements
- Improved processing time when sending mass emails/text messages
- Audit logger now tracks when leases are moved to another unit
- Increased E-sign Refresh Rate on Letters Navigator
- Financial Responsibility Ends Date (FRED) automatic calculation during the move-out process takes the program "Close Changes Date" into consideration. User permissions are needed to use a date in a closed period.
Bug Corrections
- Portal and program only displays suitemate details for residents with the same or overlapping lease dates
- A590 reflects partially and fully returned security deposits correctly
Release Notes for Web Portals
General enhancements and bug fixes were released to the PropertyBoss portals on October 12, 2023. Changes included:
- Resident Portal – Cleared “Invalid State” error when entering payment information
- Resident Portal – Resolved error so users can successfully delete or modify scheduled payments
