  • Phase 2 - PropertyBoss Log In - Released to all clients
    • Download and install new PropertyBoss RDP Client
    • Launch PropertyBoss after logging into PB Online 


  • Phase 3 - User Management - Released to beta clients only
    • Give new users access to PropertyBoss through PB Online 
    • Update/deactivate existing PropertyBoss users
    • Introduces a check for unique email addresses


  • Phase 4 - Message Management - Released to beta clients only 
    • Create, schedule, and post messages that your users will see at log in  
    • Table or card view options to manage messages
    • Improved text editor and simple image uploader



Bugs


  • Resolved an intermittent error that popped up when a user closed the impersonation option.
  • Restored all printing options - printing to a printer, saving to a computer, and printing to PDF - when logged into PropertyBoss through PB Online.

Bugs


  • 12/9/2025 Web Activity Regression - While already pushed out as a hotfix, this release permanently puts code in place so Web Activity does not fail to automatically download into PropertyBoss.

Enhancements


  • Display labels referencing “Site Admin Portal” were updated to better reflect the new site, PB Online.
  • The Screening Vendor list for the Applicant Screening feature has been updated to reflect the integration that we support today, Resident IQ. 


Bugs


  • The window to display the transaction groupings on the last page of the A412 report was enlarged to avoid data cutoff.
  • Adjustments were made to the texting feature to better reflect the order in which messages were received in situations where multiple response messages were submitted by the contact.
  • Hyperlinks to product information and to submit a help request through the PB program were updated to reflect the desired websites
